Engr. Olivia U. Dimatulac received her Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1990 and her Master in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas Graduate School in 2007. She worked in a Japanese electronics assembly from 1991 to 2013 and her last post was Assistant Department Manager for Production.
