The Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and the Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy programs of the UST College of Rehabilitation Sciences now enjoy the certification from the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance Group, which granted a five year-certification that will be valid until December 26, 2025.
The certification follows the successful remote virtual assessment, the first of its kind that UST underwent, conducted in November 2020. The certification is the first international recognition for the BS Physical Therapy program and the second for the BS Occupational Therapy program, which enjoys accreditation from the World Federation of Occupational Therapy.
With the distinction, UST now has fourteen (14) bachelor’s programs certified by AUN-QA, namely: Accountancy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electronics Engineering, Elementary Education, Medical Technology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Psychology, and Secondary Education.
