Charlon “Alon” Adrian C. Ruiz is an Industrial Engineer, a teacher, and a youth leader. He has been in the corporate world for 9 years as a quality practitioner and project manager, specializing in healthcare quality, compliance, and hospital accreditation.

Alon is an active community leader as Deputy Chairperson of Kabataang Tambuli ng Pasig, whose mission is to empower the youth and to train the future leaders of Pasig City. Alon graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila. He was a scholar of the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute and a recipient of a study grant from the Office of the Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines. He is now taking Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at the De La Salle University in Manila.
