RUBIO, Christabel Jane P.

Engr. Rubio obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Kongju National University in 2019. At the same university, she took her Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2010 and finished her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2006. She has published researches, particularly on flood disaster risk assessment, stochastic hydrology, and flood and drought mitigation. With these researches, she earned her memberships in various organizations such as UST Research Center for Natural and Applied Sciences, National Research Council of the Philippines, and Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, South Korea Chapter.
