Engr. Michael S. Matias is a licensed Electronics Engineer who graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of the East-Caloocan in 2001 and trained as a Service and Application Engineer in Grepcor, Inc. in 2002. He finished his Master’s degree, Masters in Engineering Science, at the University of the East-Manila in 2012 and with over nineteen years of experience as a faculty member of the same University and fifteen years of experience as a review lecturer. He is an active member of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IECEP) and co-authored research entitled, “Using Excel Spreadsheet to Promote Undergraduate Research in Engineering Science,” which was published in UE-Today in February 2013.
