Dr. Roque received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, Espana Manila in 1978 and a Master in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman Quezon City in 1986. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Management from the Philippine Normal University-Manila in 2012. Her primary research interests are on industry-academe linkages and engineering education. She has presented research work on a proposed industry-academe linkage model in both international and local fora.
