Inst. Charlotte A. Malinao is a graduate of Bachelor Secondary Education Major in Filipino at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. She completed her master’s degree at the same university with a Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management. She has been in the academia for 9 years, elementary level (3 years), Senior High School level (2 years) and college level (4 years). She is a module writer, textbook writer, editor, scriptwriter, and a storyboard artist in different publishing house like REX Bookstore, Inc. Vibal Publishing House, Diwa Publishing House, St. Bernadette Publishing House Corporation and Thynkertech. 

At present, she is the Project Manager in UST – Sentro sa Salin at Araling Salin and a member of the “Lupon ng mga Tagasalin” and instructor at College of Education, Filipino Department handling different courses in Filipino and major courses in Education.
