Engr. Jil Andrew Lagao is a part-time Instructor at the University and a full-time Engineer at the Department of Public Works and Highways – National Capital Region (DPWH-NCR) while taking up a Master in Engineering major in Civil Engineering at De La Salle University (DLSU). He finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in 2019.
