Asst. Prof. Gabriel Rodnei Geslani received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) at the University of Santo Tomas in 2010 and his Master of Science in Electronics Engineering degree (MSECE, with Thesis) at the Mapua Institute of Technology in 2018. He is a Licensed Electronics Engineer, an IEEE regular member, an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), a member of the Philippine Instrumentation and Control Society (PICS), and also an active member of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP). He has an in-depth and collective experience of 14 years, which includes academic experience and industry experience primarily in the Oil and Gas Engineering Field in relation to Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering. His primary research interests are connected to the fields of Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Embedded Systems, and Biomedical Engineering. He also serves as a project staff member in various research projects funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) that focuses on Biomedical Engineering and Instrumentation.
