Michelle Galarion finished her Master of Engineering Management at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila last 2021 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in 2008. She teaches Engineering & Construction Management, Construction Materials, and others.

Outside of the academe, she is an Engineer Consultant in the Provincial Government of Tarlac and a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers and Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors.
