Engr. Jonah Anne Casillan finished her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and started her career as an Instructor for subjects such as Geotechnical Engineering 1- Laboratory, Computer Aided Drafting, Earthquake, and Wind Engineering, Surveying Laboratory, Engineering Utilities I, and Engineering Drawing. She is also a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers.
