Engr. Soraikh A. Abdul Nasser is a civil engineer and a certified safety officer. He has previously served as a college instructor, department chairperson, and review coordinator. Currently, he works at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). He is also pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology, specializing in construction engineering, to further enhance his expertise in the field.
