Joycelyn P. Poblete received her Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in 2000 and Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) in 1991, from the University of Santo Tomas. She is a Professional Electronics Engineer and an active member of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP). She’s been an officer of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines-Manila Chapter from 2010 to 2021. She is a lifetime member and one of the Board of Trustees of the UST Engineering Alumni Association, Inc. She has been a faculty member in the Electronics Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering of the University of Santo Tomas since 1991 where she served as Chair for 6 years, as Laboratory Supervisor for 9 years, and as Library Coordinator for more than three years. She served as one of the coordinators of Student Academic Advising and Services (SAAS). She also served as an officer of the Engineering Faculty Organization for 12 years. Since 1999, she has been one of the student organization advisers of NECES. She finished CCNA Sem 1 & 2 at North Seattle Community College, Seattle, Washington in 2000 and CCNA Sem 3 & 4 at Box Hill Institute of Tafe, Melbourne, Australia in 2001.
