The collaboration between the University of Santo Tomas and LSERV Corporation will make it possible for the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management to provide Customer Service Training for Tourism students, which will be a pre-requisite for their graduation. According to Dean Granado, “Most successful tourism and hospitality businesses recognize the importance of providing outstanding customer service. While a variety of elements go into creating a successful business, customer service is center-stage, [for] every interaction the company has with a customer (or potential customer) can affect the business.”
