The research paper “Gram Negative Outer Membrane Protein C (OmpC) of E. coli and Fusobacterium nucleatum Fap2 Protein as Potential Biomarkers for the Early Detection of Colorectal Cancer” won the Best Paper Competition (Professional Category) during the 46th Annual Convention of the Philippine Society of Microbiology, held from July 6-7, 2017 at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.

Albano, PhD of the Department of Biological Sciences; Prof. Maria Cristina Ramos, PhD of the Department of Chemistry of the College of Science, Assoc.
