VITAL, Jairus Kent S.

Jairus Kent S. Vital is an Academic Staff of the Department of Food Technology – College of Education, where he teaches professional courses for the BS Food Technology program. He holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines Diliman and focused his research interest on the technological analysis and foresight of emerging technologies in the food industry. He is currently working as an R&D professional with solid experience in food product development from conceptualization, prototyping, commercialization, and material mapping of new and improved food products.
