VICENTE, Rogelio Jr. L.
Engr. Vicente received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila Philippines in 1989 and Master of Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) Manila, Philippines in 2013. He is a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RMEE). He served as the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory Supervisor from 1997 until 2000. His field of interest is water and its conservation.
