Engr. Rodelio Tiburcio obtained his Masters’s in Construction Management from the University of the East in 2000 and finished his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas. Outside of the academe, he is the President of RA Tiburcio & Associates, Inc., and a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers and Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines.
