Engr. Rocel Pioquinto-Surla finished her Master of Engineering from the University of Sydney in 2018. She took up a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in 2014 and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is also the Laboratory Supervisor of the Civil Engineering Department. Outside of the academe, she is a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers.
