Engr. Raymond Fran Siao is currently taking up a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering major in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of the Philippines- Diliman. At the same university, he took up his Master of Science in Civil Engineering major in Geotechnical Engineering in 2015. As an instructor, he teaches Soil Mechanics/Geotechnical Engineering, Foundation Engineering, Rock Mechanics, and Geology for Civil Engineering. Outside of the academe, he works as Geotechnical Engineer and Consultant for AECOM Philippines and various Geotechnical Engineering firms.
