Ms. Diane S. Mendoza, MSc, RND is an instructor of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, handling professional nutrition courses such as Nutrition Therapy, Assessment of Nutritional Status, Food and Nutrition Research, Basic Foods, and Food Service Systems. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Santo Tomas and obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at the Philippine Women’s University. Prior to being an academician, she was a Clinical Dietitian, serving for almost two years in a government hospital and three years in the University of Santo Tomas Hospital.
