Elner H. Del Rosario, RMT, MSMT, MLS(ASCP) is a registered medical technologist in the Philippines and earned a Master of Science Degree in Medical Technology at The Philippine Women’s University. He is currently serving as one of the academic staff under the Department of Medical Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Santo Tomas. He worked as a medical technologist in the COVID-19 Laboratory of the Philippine Red Cross and the University of the Philippines Manila- National Institutes of Health. He is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology. His research interests include social health sciences, public health, epidemiology, and medical sciences. He is also a member of the Philippine Association of Medical Technologists, Inc. (PAMET) and the Philippine Association of Schools of Medical Technology and Public Health (PASMETH).
