Mrs. Essence Jeanne Logan-del Castillo is a professional teacher and food industry consultant. She holds a degree in MS Food Science from the University of Santo Tomas. She is currently working as a college instructor handling courses in Food Science and Technology such as Food Processing, Food Safety, Food Microbiology, Sensory Evaluation, Food Packaging and Food Chemistry. She also facilitates seminars about the said courses and conducts food safety audits in small to large-scale industries.
