Engr. Cruz is a graduate of BS Civil Engineering from University of Santo Tomas Batch 2014. He is currently taking his Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management in Mapua University.                             

Aside from being a part-time instructor at UST Manila, he is a full-time employee at UST Angelicum College. He works as the Auxiliary Officer and Safety Officer of the school. He oversees the upkeep of the facilities. He supervises and monitors several construction and renovation projects within the school.
