Dr. Maria Minerva P. Calimag is a practicing anesthesiologist, a full professor of Pharmacology and Clinical Epidemiology at the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, and the Pedagogical Lead and Professorial Lecturer in various program offerings at the UST Graduate School. She holds international certifications in e-learning, eHealth practices, health informatics, and data science collaborations.

Dr. Calimag continues to expand her research portfolio through various travel and research grants from local and international organizations. She remains proactive and holds various positions in different institutions such as the Philippine Board of Anesthesiology, Professional Regulation Commission, Commission on Higher Education, Department of Science and Technology National Research Council of the Philippines, Manila Medical Society, Philippine Medical Society, and many more.
