Physical therapy faculty members serve as mentors, committee members in World Physiotherapy Congress 2021

Faculty members of the Department of Physical Therapy of the College of Rehabilitation Sciences served in different capacities during the April 9-11, 2021 World Physiotherapy Congress.

Serving as Program Committee Member was Ms. Catherine Joy T. Escuadra, MHPEd, who represented the country through the Philippine Physical Therapy Association. Meanwhile, faculty members who lent their expertise as abstract mentors/reviewers were: Center for Health Research and Movement Science Supervisor Professor Valentin C. Dones III, PhD, and faculty members Assoc. Prof. Donald S. Lipardo, PhD, Asst. Prof. Jocel M. Regino, MSPT, Asst. Prof. Christian Rey D. Rimando, MSPT, Mr. Ken Erbvin R. Sosa, MOH, and Escuadra.

World Physiotherapy is the global body for physical therapists/physiotherapists. World Physiotherapy is committed to furthering the physiotherapy profession and improving global health. Every two years, World Physiotherapy holds a large international scientific congress, bringing the global community together.
