Hotel and restaurant management students win in six categories of the Manila Food and Beverage Expo 2015

From July 22-26, 2015, UST’s hotel and restaurant management students under the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management participated in competitions, and successfully brought home six awards.Students obtained the “Gold” award for the Cooking Demonstration, Market Basket, Seafood Cookery and Cake Decorating categories, and a “Silver” award for the Mocktail Punch category. A “Special Trophy” was likewise awarded for the Pralines and Truffles category.
