CCCPET joins int’l. experts in on-site inspection of Bohol churches after earthquake

A two-day on-site inspection was held in Bohol, where several heavily damaged churches were visited by the experts. The inspection was held from January 11-12, 2016. The UST Graduate SchoolCenter for Conservation of Cultural Property and Environment in the Tropics (USTGS-CCCPET), led by its Director, Assoc. Prof. Eric B. Zerrudo, MCH, led the UST team.

The on-site inspection were organized by NCCA, USTGS-CCCPET and the Diocese of Tagbilaran, the main objectives of the inspection is to assess the damaged cause by earthquake to the churches and what are the recommendation can the experts give for the restoration and reconstruction.
