Established in 2006, the Samahang Kamanlalakbay serves as the organization of all partner communities of the University developed from the Kamanlalakbay – the annual gathering and training formation of regular and selected University partner community / institution leaders.

It was on March 3, 2011 when the Samahang Kamanlalakbay was legally recognized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) as an association in the Philippines, with a Certificate Registration NCR-MFO-WA-03-2011-01.
