The University of Santo Tomas emerged as the top performing school in the September 2017 licensure exams for electrical engineers.
A total of 74 new electrical engineers gave UST a 98.67% passing rate.
Leading the new Thomasian engineers is Wesley M. Navarro, who ranked 6th (90.95%).
