UST tops Sept. 2016 Electrical Engineering boards, Vivo lands in Top 10

During the September 2016 Electrical Engineer board exams administered by the Professional Regulation Commission, the University of Santo Tomas emerged as the Top Performing School, with 65 new engineers securing a 98.48% passing rate for UST. First-time takers scored a perfect score.
