The University of Santo Tomas joined 300 universities worldwide in the 2016 QS Employability Ranking, becoming one of the top three universities in the Philippines and joining the 201+ bracket.. The ranking, first piloted in 2016, looked into the following indicators: Employer Reputation, Partnerships with Employers, Alumni Outcomes, Employer-Student Connections, and Graduate Employment Rate.
