During the September 2016 Licensure Exams for Librarians, the University of Santo Tomas ranked as the 2nd top performing school, with 51librarians logging a 94.44% passing rate. Leading the batch is Karl Emmanuel V. Ruiz, who ranked first with a score of 89.90%.
