The University of Santo Tomas ranked 145th in the 2018 Quacquarelli-Symonds (QS) Asia rankings, released last October 17, 2017 (Tuesday). The new rank is a surge of 12 spots from the 2017 ranking.
UST, with an overall score of 37.6, saw its highest rating coming from Outbound Exchange, evidenced by the surge in students participating in mobility programs, namely European Union – Support for Higher Education in the ASEAN Region (EU-SHARE), AIMS, and bilateral agreements with partner universities.
Other indicators included Employer Reputation, Academic Reputation, Inbound Exchange, International Faculty, and International Students.
