Now in its fifth year, THE-ICE Global Revenue Management (GRM) Challenge brings together students and staff across our global network, providing an opportunity to engage and build international skills and experience.



THE-ICE GRM Challenge 2025 attracted 52 students and 14 staff members representing 7 institutions, who were grouped into international and inter-institutional teams. Together, they competed in an innovative and exciting challenge designed to test and develop their hospitality and tourism revenue management skills.
This year’s winning team include Ms. Charisse Lee, a sophomore student taking up BS Hospitality Management major in Hospitality Leadership program. Other members of the winning team include students from Lyceum of the PhilippinesUniversity, Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School of Australia, Mae Fah Luang University of Thailand. They will each receive $AUD1500 bursary towards study among others as their prizes.
Other UST students who participated in this annual event are Mr. Christiann Kevin Enriquez (4th place), Ms. Carlene Mae Dela Cruz (13th place), and Ms. Aien Soliel D. Limon (14thplace).
