Service Quality and Operations Management – Guru of the Day 2021

The UST College of Tourism and Hospitality Management’s Quality Service Management and Operations Management classes will host a webinar entitled” 1st Service Quality and Operations Management – Guru of the Day 2021,” with the theme “Serving with A Smile: Providing Exceptional Service to Ensure Guest Delight.” It will be conducted on March 23, 2021 (Tuesday), from 10:00 am until 12:00nn via Zoom.


Talks will be delivered provided by the college’s alumni and industry experts in the fields of tourism and hospitality management. They will give insights on how hospitality organizations empower and motivate their employees to provide outstanding guest service and how modern hospitality organizations continuously enhance service quality and processes to ensure guest delight and loyalty.
