Senior High School helps Dominican missions in Camiguin Norte, Calayan

On June 3, 2019, the Senior High School, represented by Community Development Coordinator Tyrone Jann Nepomuceno, MA and Student Organizations Coordinator Ralph Jariño, MA, turned over donations and assistance to the Dominican Missions in Camiguin Norte and Calayan Islands. Nepomuceno’s group joined Rev. Fr. Jose Martin Sibug, O.P., Provincial Promoter of Missions of the Dominican Province of the Philippines, in the turnover.

The donated school supplies were contributions of the students who participated in the Media and Information Literacy Film Festival and the Humanities and Social Sciences Flicks, both of which accepted school supplies donations in lieu of ticket sales. Also, school supplies were donated during the Graduation Mass of Batch 2019.

The endeavor, which is part of the Dominican Mission’s Project Aral 2019, was done in collaboration with the United Architects of the Philippines and the Black Pencil Project.
