The DOST-SEI Accelerated Science and Technology Human Resource Development Program-National Science Consortium (ASTHRDP-NSC) is providing scholarships to qualified individuals to pursue Master’s and Doctoral programs included in the priority S&T areas. This program aims to help improve the country’s global competitiveness and capability to innovate through science and technology and to accelerate the production of high-level human resources for Research & Development (R&D) in S&T.

Accomplished and completed documentary requirements must be initially submitted through http://bit.ly/4hyP745 for initial evaluation. After initial evaluation, hard copies must be submitted personally or by mail addressed to the Office of the UST Project Leader for DOST-SEI-ASTHRDP on or before the set deadlines.
Note: In the approved new scheme, the duration of scholarship of lateral entrants shall be determined based on the percentage of required load completed vis-a-vis the total number of graduate units of the degree program:
