PAMAILAN, Florimae E.

Ms. Florimae E. Paimalan, RND, MHPEd is an instructor of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, handling professional nutrition courses such as Basic Nutrition 1&2, Assessment of Nutritional Status, Meal Management, Nutrition in Life Stages 2, Program Planning and Management & Public Health Nutrition, Food Service Systems 1, Food and Nutrition Research 1&2, and Seminar in Nutrition. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at World Citi Colleges. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Health Professions Education at the University of Santo Tomas. Aside from teaching, she is currently a Foodservice Consultant and an on-call (personal) Nutritionist-Dietitian. Prior to entering the academe, she was a Nutritionist under the Research and Development Department and Supervisor of Caravan Food Group Inc.
