NAVARRO, Marie Stella L.

Marie Stella Lozano Navarro, MD, FPCP, FPSN, holds the position of Assistant Professor 3 in the Department of Medicine at UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. In addition to her academic role, she serves an administrative position as the Department Secretary. She is also a dedicated faculty staff member of Organ Donation Innovative Strategies for Southeast Asia (ODISSeA) Philippines-UST, reflecting her commitment to advancing organ donation initiatives in the region. Her scholarly and research interests encompass organ donation, dialysis, glomerular diseases, and medical education. Her educational journey includes an Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship in Adult Nephrology at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital. She obtained a fellowship grant from the International Society of Nephrology at the Yale University in Connecticut, USA. As a Fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians, the Philippine Society of Nephrology, and the International Society of Nephrology, her multifaceted contributions highlight her dedication to academic excellence and healthcare advancement at institutions such as UST Hospital, St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City, and Binangonan Lakeview Hospital.
