Ms. Chavez has been teaching for twenty-two years as a HELE, TLE, and TVL facilitator in UST Angelicum College.  She was appointed as Human Resource Assistant Director in 2010 – 2013. She also served as the Coordinator of the TLE and Computer Department for four (4) years in the same institution. In addition , she was also the co-author of Technology and Livelihood Education for All – IV under Mission Book Publishing , Inc. published in in 2013.  Ms. Chavez was  appointed as the Senior High School Academic Coordinator and at the same time, Area Lead Facilitator of ABM & TVL Strands (2019- 2023). Currently,  she is assigned as the Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) head of the UST Angelicum.
