Asst. Prof. Vincent Caparas is a distinguished educator at UST College of Education and Mathematics Supervisor at UST Education High School. Recognized with the Gawad Santo Tomas Outstanding High School Teacher award (2015-2016), he also served as a Regional Trainer in Mathematics Education for K-12 Curriculum. Asst. Prof. Caparas played a key role in the Teacher Induction Program and facilitated Teacher Enrichment Programs and Subject Area Coordinators Forums, focusing on curriculum, 21st Century Skills, and technology integration.

In addition, since 2018, Asst. Prof. Caparas has held the prestigious designation of ClassDojo Ambassador and Mentor. ClassDojo, headquartered in the United States of America, is an influential educational application used in schools. His academic journey includes Doctoral Units in Education (Curriculum and Instruction), a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education (Cum Laude), and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education (Magna Cum Laude and Rectors Academic Award) from the Royal and Pontifical Catholic University of Santo Tomas. Asst. Prof. Caparas, a high school valedictorian, holds LET certification (2006) and international Practical Mathematics Test certifications (3rd-6th Kyu) recognized in Japan, making lasting contributions to education.
