Engr. Vincent Harvey C. Bernabe, MBA an experienced professional in the power industry and a part-time faculty member at the University of Santo Tomas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Mapua Institute of Technology in 2009 and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Philippine Christian University in 2024. He also completed 27 units toward a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE), specializing in Power Systems, at the Technological University of the Philippines from 2013 to 2015.

Currently, he is the Head of Central Grid Operations at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), where he also previously held roles as a Power System Protection Engineer and Power Grid Dispatcher.
