As it commits itself in contributing to the Thomasian community’s pursuit of truth, the UST Senior High School through its Media and Information Literacy Learning Area is holding a hi-flex seminar titled “MIL TALKS: News Literacy and the Youth” this Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati Auditorium, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN.
The seminar will proudly feature talks from two Thomasian alumni: Mr. Michael Delizo (ABS-CBN News Reporter) and Atty. Cyris Ann Ng-Santiago (Chief of the Internal Operations Division of the Public Private Partnership Center of the Philippines and a Faculty Member under Department of Communication and Media Studies of the UST Faculty of Arts and Letters), who will be sharing their knowledge and insights on news literacy and responsible use of media.
