Marketing Mngt department becomes PSBank’s official customer experience, marketing research partner

The university’s College of Commerce and Business Administration – Department of Marketing Management signed a memorandum of understanding with the Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank) making the academic unit the company’s official customer experience (CX) and marketing research partner.

The agreement covers an array of curricular activities for students which will allow them to learn marketing principles under the close scrutiny of real life professional oversight. The ceremonial signing happened at the PSBank Head Office where top market research students received commendations from the bank’s senior executives.

Present at the ceremony were the following: CCBA Dean – Assoc. Prof. Leonardo M. Canoy, PhD; CCBA College Secretary – Asst. Prof. Al Faithrich C. Navarrete, PhD; Marketing Management Chair – Mr. Francis Lawrence B. De Jesus, PhD; Marketing Research Faculty – Mr. Antonio E. Etrata, MBA; Marketing Management Students; PSBank President – Mr. Jose Vicente Alde; PSBank First Vice-President and Chief CX and Human Resources Officer – Ms. Mary Jane Valero, PhD; PSBank Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer – Mr. Neil Estrellado; and PSBank Head of People and Culture – Mr. John Rex Jardinero.
