Engr. Mark Elson Lucio, MSCE of the Department of Civil Engineering took his oath as the New President of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) on June 29, 2023.
The election was held during AIC 2023: ASEP 21st International Convention from May 28-30, 2023 where he was also the convention’s overall chairman.
Prior to becoming the Association’s President, Lucio served as its Vice President from 2022-2023.
