UST Graduate School Master of Business Administration (MBA) student John Alexander L. Fellizar was hailed as the Best Paper Presenter for Social Sciences and Humanities Parallel Session 3C of the Conference on Technology and Research for National Development and Sustainability (ConTReNDS) 2023, which was held from May 24 to 26 via Zoom.
Fellizar’s presentation of his research paper titled “Vaxxed Ka Na Ba? An Analysis of the Determinants of the Thomistic Concept of the Common Good after COVID-19 Vaccination” bested three presentations from other schools. Aside from his winning paper presentation on Social Sciences and Humanities, Fellizar also presented a paper which focused on Business Management, Economics, and Tourism. This paper also tackled Development Session 4E that focused on the impact of brand activism on brand image and purchase intent. The paper was also praised for its significance and uniqueness.
ConTReNDS 2023 was an online research conference organized by the University Research Office of De La Salle University – Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) and was the main highlight of DLSU-D Research Week 2023. The online conference was attended by undergraduate and graduate students, professors, and industry experts from different parts of the country.
