Following the 2016 Provincial Chapter of the Dominican Province of the Philippines in the Santo Domingo Convent, the Very Rev. Fr. Napoleon Sipalay, Jr., O.P. was elected as the Prior Provincial, succeeding Rev. Fr. Gerard Francisco P. Timoner III, O.P.
As Prior Provincial, Fr. Sipalay will also be UST’s Vice-Chancellor and will chair the University Board of Trustees.
