Facilities Management Office completes bridge linking Frassati Bldg w main campus

The Facilities Management Office, in a March 26, 2021 Facebook post by Director Rev. fr. Dexter A. Austria, O.P., SThD, announced the completion of the UST Link Bridge, which connects the main campus with the newly constructed Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, O.P. Building.

The UST Link Bridge, which has access points near the Quadricentennial Pavilion, the Frassati Bldg., as well as the sidewalks on both sides of España Blvd., will provide a safe and secure passageway for Thomasians occupying the new building. It took two years to build, and the team involved the UST Facilities Management Office, ME Tech Construction, Inc. (General Contractor), Design Coordinates, Inc. (Project Manager), Casas + Architects, Inc. (Architect), and R.A. Tiburcio & Associates, Inc. (Structural Designer).

The Frassati building houses the Senior High School, the DoST-TOMASInno Technology Business Incubator, and will likewise be the home of the Educational Technology Center and the Institute of Information and Computing Sciences.
