UST Department of Literature Chair Asst. Prof. Joselito D. Delos Reyes, Ph.D., attended the AUN-QA Training Course for Accomplishing Programme Assessment held in Bangkok, Thailand from March 6 to 9, 2018. The training course joined by academic officials from the ASEAN region aimed to prepare program chairs and coordinators for the quality assurance audit and process to be accredited by the ASEAN University Network based in Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok.
There are presently four academic programs in the University that are accredited by AUN. Three more programs for accreditation are in the
pipeline including Literature, Nursing, and Architecture, a manifestation of the University’s thrust of being at par with the ASEAN region and Asia’s best academici nstitutions.
